For children
The early years are of vital importance as they form the foundation stones of the adult the child will become. Difficulties that can arise for a child might mean support is required, as they struggle to articulate their powerful emotions. I work with children from 4 to 11.
-
For adolescents
Puberty, adolescence and the teenage years can bring confusion and all kinds of challenges, at a time when the desire to stand alone is so strong. Young people often need support with their complex emotions for multiple reasons, and I work with all ages, from 12 to 18.

For young adults
Becoming an adult can be fraught with potential problems, whether that is through leaving home, or entering into employment. For some it can be too difficult to make decisions of any kind, and it feels as though you are frozen, not moving forward at all. I work with young adults from 18 to 25.
-
For parents
Supporting a child or young person who is struggling, and trying to make sense of them and their behaviour, can be confusing, upsetting and challenging. I offer sessions for parents, that give the opportunity to explore, and think about, the many conflicting emotions that can arise.
